APPOINTMENTS are made with a credit card VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted to reserve your time. 
*No show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service and/or gift certificate will be voided automatically. *No refunds on gift certificates. Specials cannot be used for Gift Certificates. One promotion per customer per visit.

We reserve rooms, products, and the therapist's time exclusively for your service, that is why a  24 hour notice of cancellation is required for your appointment. We appreciate your consideration and courtesy. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to enjoy our warm teas and to fill out any necessary paper work.

LATE ARRIVALS will receive service for the balance of their appointment time. Fees will not be reduced due to late arrivals.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING -sandals/flip flops & leave jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged articles.

HOME THERAPY SERVICES can be arranged ONLY at the Front Desk; not directly with the therapists.

CELL PHONES must be off in considerations to others. “Remember it's time to relax.”

GRATUITIES are customary and appreciated. They are not included in our prices, and they can not be added
on the credit card.

We strive for excellence, and you are welcome to try any therapist available. It is in our interest that you are completely satisfied and benefit from the service we provide. If for any reason your expectations are not met, we would like to hear from you.
