SPA ENVIRONMENT: For your authentic spa experience, we have designed beautiful garden areas with waterfalls views to enjoy from the privacy of your own treatment room. Upon your arrival you will enjoy our freshly brewed tea before your spa service. Every room has a different decoration theme, filled with peaceful meditating music and aromas from around the globe for your complete relaxation and uniquely prepared just for you. It is our goal and honor to provide you with the ultimate spa experience, you will feel rejuvenated and refreshed at the end of your session.
APPOINTMENTS: Are guaranteed with a credit card to reserve your time. No-show appointnents will be charged the full amount of the service, and if using a gift certificate, it will be voided automatically. Appointments for services outside of our premises will be scheduled with a credit card guarantee only.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and fill out any necessary paperwork. We reserve our time, room, products, and therapist's time exclusively for you. Cancellations will be honored with 24 hours advance notice only.
LATE ARRIVALS: Will receive service for the balance of the appointment time. Fees will not be reduced due to late arrivals!
SPA ATTIRE: Wear comfortable clothing; sandals are appropiate, leave jewelry at home. At the time of your service you can undress to your comfort level, you will be covered with a sheet at all times, except for the area being treated. We provide you with robes and showers for your convenience. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged articles.
CELL PHONES: To ensure a quiet and relaxing time for our guests, we kindly request that all cell phones be on silent mode before entering the spa.
GRATUITIES: Are customary and greatly appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we are not able to process gratuities on a credit card.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please advise your spa professional if you have any of these conditions: allergies, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, medications or injuries that could affect your treatment or use of the spa. Your spa provider will customize your treatment according to your needs. If pregnant, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before any treatment.
REFUNDS: Gift certificates are non-refundable.
